I have been to four other HD dealers trying to trade my used HD road king. Seacoast was the best and the staff blew away the other dealers. I was loyal to another HD dealer and spent a good deal of money at that dealer. When it came time to trade in my used road king alot of promises where made but nothing came true. My sales rep at seacoast was Ryan Mcgraw. The guy knows HD bikes and was a true professional. Your dealership is lucky the guy does a great job. The whole process was easy. You guys have the buying experience down! Herb Sears/ Cindy Monti are awesome in their departments and I will be spending alot more at your dealership. If any of my friends are looking to buy a harley I will only recommend you. Thanks again for a great experience!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a 2008 FLHTP from Seacoast HD. The entire experience was first rate. I dealt with John Parlatore. I remembered John from a previous visit to the dealership and he was very courteous and knowledgible. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me options. When I decided on a bike, John worked with me to make a deal. I will be back for service and upgrades and to say Hi between rides.

I was in an accident in September and brought my bike to Seacoast HD to provide estimates and coordinate with my insurance company. Your staff did an outstanding job and when the work was completed my bike ran and looked like new. Thanks to Sterling who coordinated the work and Dennis Buck who did an outstanding job on the repairs.

This was my first time at your store, I could not been treated any better. I would recomend this dealer ship to all my friends. you could not ask for better sevice from the time you walk in till the time you walk out. Laura in clothing to the parts dept, right to the service dept, even the sales tean was great. I even order a part from you guys direct from harley and it was there before I got there over night service can not ask for better that that. I wish that our harley dealer in our area would spend a week or two with you guys and learn what service is all about. please keep up the great work and be sure you will see me again.

Two great instructors made it happen! I also shopped for the right HD for me and my riding life and settled on a used Touring Ultra Classic. I bought my first motorcyle from Seacoast Harley Davidson on May 21,2011 and my sale rep was John Parlatore. I want to thank him and the "man behind the desk" to make my dream come true. I didn't know if it was going to happen or not. I had been saving for sometime and was paying for my bike out right. I was $100.00 short and just couldn't pull anymore from my hat and they made the deal happen!!! I was sweating for the moments that came with waiting. I thought I was going to walk out of there empty handed. That hundred dollars felt like a million to me. But they made it happen. I felt like they cared about me. So thank you John and the Man behind the desk for making this girls dream come true. I look forward to coming back for my Harley needs and maintance.. after a year of looking at bikes from several dealerships i purchased a 2011 FXDC from seacoast(on my first visit there)because of the way i was treated there and the fact they worked a very fair deal on the bike with me.when picking up the bike the next morning it was ready to go as promised..the seacoast staff for clothing and parts were good to deal with no rush from them. really glad i took the ride up to check seacoast out! special thanks to nicole in sales for being so easy and nice to deal with and making my first harley purcahse a great one..

I just recently purchased a 2011 Electra Glide Ultra Limited a Manchester Harley. I purchased it there because I went in and saw exactly what I was looking for and bought it on the spot and paid cash. After purchase I went in one day and wanted to see my bike for it was waiting to have a chrome front end put on along with a tinted windshield and custom inner fairing installed. When they took me out to see my bike we found it to have been outside where I had explained to them that I did not want the bike outside. After finding it outside I was really fit to be tied. Also when they delivered the bike to my home it was all water spots all over the bike and the detailing was very poor. I also found the service department to be very careless in how they handle a persons bike. Which in my eyes is very important that it be handled like it was the servicemens own bike. I am looking for a place that will service my bike and be careful on how they handle my bike. I am a Vietnam Veteran and I am very fussy how things get done otherwise I get very angry. I have spoken with someone in service at your area (forgot his name) and found him to be very helpful and assuring that things would be done right if I choose to let your dealership do the serviceing etc. I also spoke with Rod in Parts and found him very helpful and knowledgeable in the parts department. I will be dealing with him from now on. I like someone that knows exactly what you are looking for and goes out of his way to make sure that you get exactly what you want and takes the time to explain everything with you. I spent close to $29,000.00 on this bike and another $3,000.00 in accessories so far with still plenty more to buy. My problem now is with the seat which is a little high for me and Rod has already gone over what I should do to be more comfortable. Will be comming into see him soon. My experience with Seacoast H.D. has been amazing. The Feeling you get when you walk through the door is as if you were going to visit a friends house! All the staff in every department seem to enjoy their job! In fact, I cant remember seeing anyone having a bad day. I felt Ed And Jeff did their best to get me a resonable price on my motorcycle purchase. Frank and the service department have done an outstanding job on my wifes motorcycle and I feel confident that when its time for my Roadglide to be serviced that the job will be accomplished by very compitent technicians. Parts and accessories dept. have always been able to help out with accessories and gadgets in a timely manner. Their knowledge of motorcycles and accessories have been spot on every time. Lastly but not least, All the ladies in the clothing dept. when it comes to finding clothes or special order items have always done an amazing job! I would personally like to thank everyone at Seacoast H.D. for such pleasant experiences that my wife and I receive when we visit your dealership. When we plan rides we often incorperate a stop at the dealership to visit. I would like to thank everyone that I dealt with during my Motorcycle purchase! Thanks Dave W.

We were on our way to Caribou for our Ride N.E. Tour card. We left Spfld,Ma. and was making good time, even with traffic and an accident. We came to the toll booth in Hampton,NH and went through. After going through the booth my bike acted up, stalling and unable to start. To shorten my tale, I ended up calling HOG. Starting with their service, this experience was going to be remarkable. The tow truck was there in 15 mins., the drivers were extremely nice and accomondating. After arriving at the dealership our treatment was more than 5 stars. Your service writer, Dan Plourde was not only friendly but punctual. I say this because he knew what he was saying " your bike should be on the lift in a 1/2 hour" and it was. After being on the lift, Dan said that your best tech Dennis Buck was workig on my baby. Within no time he had found the problem and was explaining to me what happened. Now the real service began, both Dan and the owner(didn't get name) approached me on my tires. I thought I had enough tread to complete this trip, they stated differently. I felt that they were truly caring for my safety and well being. So now I am getting new tires. I asked Dan how long? I had 2 other bikes waiting on me. He said 1 1/2 hours, and wouldn't you know it, yes, my bike was ready in just under that time. Now I know that I just rambled on for some time, but this is important. In this day and age it is soo easy to write the negative. I asked Dan for names and that I would write a letter, he smiled and said we like letters. That tells me that you do this as a normal part of life like breathing. I have been to many dealers and they all need to take a lesson from you folks. Lost is the true art of GREAT SERVICE. I can truly tell that this all of your staffs PASSION. Thanks to you folks our trip was only delayed not canceled. Heys guy's, I just wanted to compliment you for the recent service performed on my bike. I brought my bike in for 7500 mile service and mentioned the noisy front tire. An issue I've had since new but was never able to track down the noise. The next thing I know I have a new tire. During the test ride it was found that a rotor was damaged during the work. New rotors a tire plus great service. Thanks so much! Couldn't recommend you guy's more, your top notch in my book!

Everyone is very professional, courteous and friendly. This dealership rocks! Frank, Mike, Tony, and everyone was wonderful. I absolutely LOVE Seacoast H.D.. If it were not for them, I would not have met some of my "New" friends, (Both employees and fellow riders.) The MVP program is GREAT! I became a Gold member shortly after I joined. I'm carrying about 170 points right now and looking at my past years status, I've earned about 50 points just by participating. They even allowed us to bring our dogs inside and they all greated everyone with a smile. no high pressure sales and you could ask all the questions you wanted and they had all the right answers. I would like to say thanks for the Customer Appreciation day. I stopped by and had a great time. I was impressed with all of the different vendors on site too. I spent some time at the Sexy Skins area speaking to Lisa, the owner. I found ut that she graduated high school with my wife. She told me that a couple of the patrons didn't like the models wearing her produts. I thought the outfits were very tastefuly done and looked great on the models. I wanted to take the time to say something positive about their booth. For anyone to complain about the outfits just shows that they haven't been to any of the local public beaches in a while!!
