"I am a British Merchat Navy Officer and more importantly a Harley owner, Dyna Street Bob 2007 model, when I found that I was joining a vessel in Newington, New Hampshire, strait onto the internet found Seacoast. As I didn't know how long the vessel would be in port, information on parts and accessories and delivery charges requested,was no sooner asked for than was replied to. Upon joining the vessel I found out the vessel would be in port for a while so I was able to visit Seacoast dealership in person, a more helpful team of people you could not hope to meet, nothing was too much trouble, all the information/advice I wanted and no pressure selling.Only trouble I will encouter is from my wife,when I try to explain the extras to the list she agreed to, that somehow suddenly appeared. "I had originally tried to purchase my first Harley from a local dealer. When I visited dealer X, I was disapointed with the sales staff on two separate occasions so I gave up! One day, returning on a trip from Maine, I stopped to visit Seacoast Harley for the first time. After 15 minutes with Frank, I knew Seacoast was the place I wanted to do business with and I bought my first bike on the spot. "I did not buy a bike, but I do get all my clothing from you. When I come in I never leave with out spending $300-plus. The girls are the best, Debbie H is the best. I got a friend the harley owners ring for x-mas and he just loves it. Sometimes I feel like a walking billboard, because everything I have on says "Seacoast Harley". I am hoping to get a bike with-in the year I want a sportster883 hugger, and I would never go anywhere else. In fact (I know there r other dealers ships) but to me you r the only. "I came in to purchase a pre-owned Road King and your sales staff made it happen. My trade was a Honda and this would be my first Harley. Most dealers snub you when they hear your trade is a "Metric" but your team was very willing to work with me and my trade. The overall experience was great. I was made comfortable by everyone from sales to merchandise, parts, finance, and service. When it came time to take delivery Herb in service took the time to take me through all the features of my bike and encouraged me to take some time riding around the parking lot to get the feel of the Road King. After a few laps around the lot and getting the feel for the controls I headed out the driveway for home. What a difference over my Honda, the Road King has great balance and smooth power. "Seacoast Harley Staff, My husband and I had been dreaming of purchasing our first Harley for a long time when, by pure chance, Dave happened to find our new "baby" pictured on your website! The bike is a beautiful red 1999 Dyna Convertible, with custom chrome, drag bars and forward controls. We were so impressed with the stats (less than 15K miles and within our financing range) that we decided to travel the 30 miles to visit her in January. Bill, our salesman was helpful and informative, even though the Dyna pretty much sold herself. When it came time to discuss financing options, your associate, Tracy Whyte, worked with us to select insurance and service extras which fit within our approved credit. We were so excited with our purchase (I rang the bell the day before my birthday - what a GIFT!) we immediately splurged on clothing and accessories from your retail department. Your associates there were outgoing, friendly, helpful and very excited for us. They were not overbearing or pushy and allowed us to roam from rack to rack, while being within earshot for our questions. When we arrived on a very cold Saturday in March to bring our baby home, she was sparkling clean and - since we had previously owned a foreign model - your service associates provided detailed intructions on the unique operation of this incredible ride. Since then, Dave and I have had the most exciting riding season in our 6 years as a couple. We have put many miles and hours traveling throught the tri-state area and are looking forward to another first class experience during the first oil change service. We have throughly enjoyed our overall experience with Seacoast Harley and have continually recommended your location to other and future Harley owners. "a young man named ramzey helped me over the phone one day one a problem i had with my seat. after further discussion we really got into other aspects of my bike and what exactly i could do to my new flhx in order to create a more comfortable ride. anyways.. he took his time to go out of his way to fax me a quote of all the things we had disscussed, and i was so impressed with the amount of concern this kid had for someone who lived in CT and hadn't really been a regular at Seacoast. My wife and I ended up taking the trip to seacoast and spent $1200 on parts. we took the bike there and picked up the parts and installed them in the parking lot. he even took my old take off parts and boxed them up to ship back to our house so we could enjoy our new seat and other accessories on the way back...thats 5 star service.. thanks guys. -chris "

"I purchased my '06 Fatboy at a FL dealership in Nov '05 and had it shipped to Seacoast Harley where it was prepped for delivery. Since it's arrival I've purchased several accessories for the bike and all my riding apparel for both myself and my wife at Seacoast Harley. The entire staff has been great every time we've stopped by and just about everyone there knows us by name now! I recently had the unfortunate experience of losing my bike in a turn on some road debris and had my bike towed to Seacoast Harley for repairs. The service I received during the entire process of getting my bike back on the road from my service rep Mike Fallon was top notch. Mike kept me informed throughout the process and went above and beyond to get my bike and me back on the road again as soon as possible. They exceeded my expectations in both repair time and with their professional attitude and attention to detail. The entire staff at this dealership understands the relationship a rider has with his bike and how much it means to that person and their daily life. Thanks to the entire service staff at Seacoast Harley my bike looks awesome and runs great once again. "This past August I and two of my friends rode our Bikes across the country covering 7,758 miles in 22 days. 8 days before we were to leave, my bike a 2000 FLSTF lost a cam bearing and all looked lost! Tom in the service department knew of my plight and assurred me all would be in order and told me not to worry! He not only got it repaired but submitted it to the Harley factory rep for consideration under warrantee coverage! SUCCESS!!! Harley completely covered the parts and repair costs saving me approx. $900.00!!! The service technician who did the work should also be commended, everyday a new destination an average of 350+ miles a day, coast to beautiful coast and not one problem of any kind! As they say, "It ran like a scalded dog!" Cudos to Tom and your service techs who made it all possible A fantastic adventure of a lifetime made possible by the "Boys" at Seacoast Harley-Davidson!
