Bike Night Vendor Application

Seacoast Harley-Davidsdon - North Hampton, NH

We are gearing up for a season of Bike Nights at Seacoast Harley-Davidson, and we're now accepting vendor applications. 

Bike Nights are scheduled from 5pm - 7pm

  • April 17 – Back in the Saddle

  • May 15 – Summer Kick-Off

  • June 26 – Back to the Locals (Post-Bike Week)

  • July 17 – Live Free & Ride

  • August 21 – 1st Annual Biker Build-Off Night

Vendor Requirements

To protect the integrity of the event and guest experience:

  • No participation fee – free vendor spots

  • Certificate of Insurance required

    • Vendors without COI assume full liability for their own equipment & operations

  • NO mass-produced, MLM, or trademark-infringing goods

  • No political booths or campaign-related presence

  • Vendors must bring their own tent, table, power, water, and setup needs

  • Food trucks must meet all local health licensing & permitting requirements
     

What We’re Looking For

We are prioritizing:

  • Food Trucks & Mobile Treats (BBQ, tacos, ice cream, donuts, coffee, etc.)

  • Leatherworkers, metalwork, custom crafts

  • NH-made products

  • Rider-service vendors (PT, massage, detailing memberships, etc.)

  • Nonprofits aligned with motorcycling, local community, or veterans causes

    Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Space is limited — priority is given to early applicants and vendors that align with our brand and customer experience.
